The Gut-Brain Blueprint

Simple meal-time support for digestion, absorption, and brain fuel
Most people think they have a nutrient problem when they really have a digestion and absorption problem.
You can eat great food, take high-quality supplements, and still miss out on the benefits if your body is not breaking things down and absorbing them well.
That is the idea behind the Gut-Brain Blueprint.
It is a simple, take-with-meals system designed to support the stages of digestion, improve nutrient absorption, and provide key nutrients that many people are missing.
Even better, it comes in convenient packs, so instead of carrying around a bunch of bottles, you can just grab a pack and take it with your meal.
Why this matters so much
You are not just what you eat.
You are what you digest, absorb, and use.
That realization changed everything for me.
Your brain depends on your digestive system.
And your digestive system depends on your brain.

When I was recovering, it was not enough for me to just eat good food.
I had to make sure my body could actually break it down and put it to work.
That is why the Gut-Brain Blueprint is so powerful.
It brings digestive support and foundational nutrition together in one simple meal-time system.
If you do not properly digest and absorb protein, fats, minerals, and vitamins, your body has a harder time making neurotransmitters, repairing tissue, building muscle, producing energy, and supporting clear thinking.
This is why digestion is not just a gut issue.
It is a brain issue, an energy issue, and a whole-body issue.
Step 1: Stomach acid sets the stage
Stomach acid is one of the most overlooked tools in digestion.
The normal pH of the stomach is acidic, 1.5 to 3.5 on the pH scale. This level of acidity is strong enough to denature proteins and would damage most tissues if not protected by the stomach’s thick mucosal lining, which we will talk about soon.
This acidity does several important things:
- helps break down protein
- activates protein digestive enzymes (pepsin)
- supports absorption of nutrients like iron, calcium, magnesium, and vitamin B12
- helps defend against unwanted bacteria, viruses, and parasites in food
- signals the lower esophageal sphincter, or LES, to stay closed
That last point surprises a lot of people.
The LES is the doorway between the esophagus and the stomach. When the stomach is acidic enough, that doorway gets the signal to stay tightly closed. When stomach acid is too low, the LES may become lax, which can contribute to reflux.
So in many cases, the issue is not too much acid. It is poor acid signaling.
Low stomach acid may also contribute to:
- poor protein digestion
- bloating and gas
- reduced absorption of calcium, iron, folate, B6, and B12
- greater risk of bacterial overgrowth farther down the digestive tract
Some studies show that stomach acid tends to decline with age.

By age 60, our stomach acid production may be less than half of what it was in our 20s.
That is where Protein🧪Ignite comes in.
Protein🧪Ignite is designed to support stomach acid and protein digestion, which can help you get more out of the protein you eat. That means more raw material for muscle, recovery, neurotransmitters, and repair.
In simple terms:
Protein🧪Ignite helps you unlock your food.

Step 2: Protect the lining
Next comes the protective lining of the digestive tract.
Your stomach and esophagus are supposed to have a protective mucus layer. When that lining is irritated or worn down, people may feel burning, irritation, or discomfort.
That is where Glow🌿Soothe comes in.
Glow🌿Soothe contains soothing botanicals that help support the mucosal lining of the digestive tract, including the esophagus, stomach, and intestines.
This is especially important because digestion is not just about breaking food down. It is also about protecting the tissues that make digestion possible.
Glow🌿Soothe is the chewable in the pack, and one easy way to use it is to take the rest of the pack with the meal and enjoy the Glow🌿Soothe afterward like a little digestive dessert.

Step 3: Break food down more completely
Once stomach acid has done its job, digestive enzymes help break food into smaller pieces that your body can absorb.
This is where Blaze🔥Digest comes in.
Blaze🔥Digest is an acid-resistant broad-spectrum digestive enzyme formula designed to support the digestion of proteins, fats, carbohydrates, fiber, and lactose. It also includes enzymes that help break down certain plant compounds and fibers.
That matters because many foods that are otherwise healthy can still be hard to digest.
Blaze🔥Digest helps support the breakdown of:
- protein
- fats
- carbs
- lactose
- grains
- fibers and plant compounds
This can help with:
- digestive comfort
- nutrient absorption
- getting more value from the food you already eat
And like stomach acid, digestive enzyme output often declines with age.
So Blaze🔥Digest helps fill in that gap and helps your meal go farther.

Step 4: Support fat absorption and brain structure
Next comes my favorite brain-supportive piece of the Blueprint.
DHA is one of the most important nutrients for the brain. It plays a major role in brain cell membranes, signaling, and synapse formation. It is even included in prenatal nutrition because of how important it is for the developing brain.
And really, the brain is always changing.
In a very real sense, it is always either moving toward development or degeneration.
Gut🧠Brain Omega helps support the development side of that equation.
What makes it especially useful in this Blueprint is that it is not just a nutrient source. It also helps emulsify dietary fats, which supports absorption of:
- dietary fats
- fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K
- nutrients needed for brain and metabolic health
This can be especially helpful for people who:
- do not have a gallbladder
- have bile insufficiency
- do better with support for fat digestion
- are implementing a higher fat diet (like keto)
So Gut🧠Brain Omega is doing double duty:
it helps nourish the brain with highly useful omega-3s, and it helps your body process fats more effectively.

The superfood layer
Nutrients many people are not getting enough of
The Gut-Brain Blueprint is not only about digestive aids.
It also helps cover food categories that many people do not eat regularly, especially with every meal.
In the Feed a Brain framework, some of the most powerful foods include:
- sea vegetables
- organ meats
- fermented foods
Are you eating seaweed, organ meats, and fermented foods regularly? That’s why these are covered in the Gut-Brain Blueprint.
Beef liver capsules
Beef liver is one of the most nutrient-dense foods on the planet.
It contains many nutrients needed for energy, blood building, nervous system support, and overall vitality.
You could call it nature’s multivitamin.
Multi-mineral support
Minerals are easy to overlook, but they are essential for energy production, enzyme function, nerve signaling, and thyroid function.
Minerals are like the spark plugs to enzymatic pathways our overall metabolism. And because of our unsustainable farming practices over the last century, our soil has been depleted of important minerals that have depleted the minerals in our foods, so a lot of people are not getting enough mineral density from modern food.
Some of these minerals that are depleted in our soil include zinc, selenium, copper, manganese, molybdenum, magnesium, calcium, potassium, and iodine.
Supplementing with a mineral complex like the one in the Gut-Brain Blueprint makes a huge difference for energy and resilience.
Fermented chlorella
Fermented chlorella brings together nutrient density, chlorophyll, fermented foods, and improved digestibility.
Because it is fermented, it is generally easier to absorb and use.
And because it is rich in chlorophyll, it may also support cellular energy in interesting ways. That part can get pretty technical, but the simple version is this:
Chlorophyll helps support the body’s energy systems.
It is one of the reasons chlorella is often associated with vitality, resilience, and better energy.

Final thought
One of the central ideas behind this work is empowerment.
You deserve to understand what your digestion is doing, what your food is doing, and what your body needs in order to function well.
The more you understand how your body works, the more empowered you are to make those choices with clarity.
